    You really want that?

I mean.... I can do landscape stuff, but animals? Hmmmn.... I can't. I'm too afraid that I might end up drawing something so bad you might even end up dying of laughter!

You're welcome, Chashio I often wish I could draw stuff like that

Haha, thanks for the rep and comment Chashio. Just imagining now if Santa was actually a wyvern. I guess he wouldn't have a need for reindeer then...at least unless he needed to stock up on fuel beforehand!

Thank you for rep Chashio. I will work on better sign
  8. Haha, yeah, John's a lot better at developing things further immediately... I need to practice that as well.

Absolutely! Poor composition can kill a beautiful piece even when the rest is perfect. I have a lot of dead pieces and find that when I haven't taken the time to rough it out before jumping into it all, I am much less happy with the results.

The first three, yes yes. I won't forget them.

Well you've certainly got John going on it! I'm finding it fascinating. It hadn't occurred to me before to do it that way - the way I'd normally plan the composition of a painting. But thinking about it, most of the really beautiful maps on this site just happen to have perfect composition, so yes - its an excellent way of starting.

Hoping to see you bring those first three to completion!
  10. Haha yes, that one. That was about the time I started avoiding the guild more to get other stuff finished and I missed a lot.
I hope I started something - those 5min maps are a really fun way to practice a lot of stuff and branch out in new directions!
