Wip WIP: map for tabletop RPGs: Sicarsca

    Hi all.
For my DnD campaign I have decided to make a map. Since I put so much time in it, and it is quite large, I imagine I will use it for a while!
This is the first map I make that is not 'me quickly drawing a squigly outline with a shed on it 'cause my players hate not having a map during combat encounters'

As such I still have a lot to learn and I want to improve many things, but I feel like I am off to a good start at least.

I was gonna attach my map files but since they are high resolution they are too big, and I don't have time to create lower resolution copies right now (at work, posting this during morning break). I'll just add some links for now. (added them as link because these are large files)
    http://teksyndicate.eu/pics/.nero/DnD/map.png 2 megabyte file
    http://teksyndicate.eu/pics/.nero/Dn...rrain_done.png 17 megabyte file
    http://teksyndicate.eu/pics/.nero/DnD/map_color.png 27 megabyte file
    http://teksyndicate.eu/pics/.nero/Dn...rst_colors.png 31 megabyte file

Here is an update of the map. I redid my mountain layers, and am much happier with the result.

Here is also a link to the full-resolution PNG http://teksyndicate.eu/pics/.nero/Dn...d_high_res.png

Feedback welcome! I think I am mostly done for now with giving color to the map. I now want to start putting on labels and such, and then I can come back to it and update the coastlines and add some detail there... I will see. I am thoroughly enjoying this!
