Default NULLPELLIA - The Iron Kingdom (Degenesis)

    Hey again! =)

This is Nullpellia, build atop what was the Frankfurt Airport in the post-post-apocalyptic world of DEGENESIS. A falling orbiter crashed brutally into the middle of the city, and there is a lot going on overall in the supplement this is in. Check it out yourself for free, along with all other material for the RPG here: degenesis.com

Ah, and I may upload a Cauldron City as well, we have a cross-section of that in the supplement as well.

I love the level of detail you put into the buildings. As always, nice work.

Really in love with this super modern style. Shapes are perfect, both immersive and consistent. Just so cool ^^

    It is very cool!

But, Frankfurt is at a really high latitude, which means that the most likely spacecraft to crash into the city would be in polar orbits...so an impact scar would be oriented north-south.

Thanks jshoer! But there is a really good reason it crashed exactly as it crashed in the lore of the game; it's not chosen as it is by accident =)

So are you using vectors for the map's base? Makes me think it's possible to mimic some of my favorite historical urban maps using a similar method. Basically, complex shapes representing blocks/buildings with effects applied to the shapes to give them an engraved look/texture. It's different from what you're doing here, but also similar. (G.F. Cruchley's maps come to mind.)
