Anyone want to take a stab at updating this old tutorial?

The effects are great. Unfortunately the tutorial is outdated to the point where it is not follow-able, at least not on PS Elements. Many things just don't exist or have different names. And the user seems to be long gone as well

I think ps elements has less options than the original. It's almost a completly different software. At least, that's how I see it.

Thus updating is pointless and would need to be redone completly for ps element.

I think you're right. I wish I had the full PS but I am not a fan of the subscription model at all.

If anyone has Photoshop Elements and wants to redo this tutorial, I would be eternally grateful

If it is possible, you could get an older version when there was no subscription.
