Thread: 4 story inn

    Wip 4 story inn

I find the drawing of all the walls tedious. Perhaps I should investigate a more cad like program than Photoshop just to get the walls.

Anyway here are the 4 levels so far.... I will modify this message with updates.

For scale - the main walls are 5' thick

I always find a used building is more complicated than a simple square.

I like the looks of it so far. You're off to a good start. Looking forward to see it all come together.

This looks like an interesting layout. I'll definitely keep an eye on this.

A very interesting start; the non-simple square approach gives it character.

Out of curiosity, what is the time period supposed to be? Lockers seem relatively modern but stables and "towers" seem older.

Assuming vaguely Medievalish: do they have another source of water? Having an indoor well (at least, I think that is a well) is very nice and a great idea of an inn... but the kitchen needs water. So they'd be bucketing it through the main room and across an entry way (it looks like the top of the map is the street side, so the main entry way too). Not very practical, it would seem.

It is medievalesq - that is a well and yes they bucket brigade.

I try and make buildings plausible (that's why they take so long). I've done a lot more that I will post when my players have sorted it out.

'Lockers' is a rotten name but descriptive.
