    It proved a bit more challenging to do the color than I would have thought.
    I ended up with an additional color layer cus my usual technique wasn't cutting it.

    This started out as a pencil drawing.
    Another Guild member and I occasionally do 5 minute maps.
    This actually started as 2 maps, a 3 minute and a 2 minute map.
    It's back here in my old experiment thread.

    Later I merged them and added to it. A lot more than 5 minutes. ;P
    So the line work was pencil, color was digital using my wacom and photoshop.
    I do many maps like this. I do some fully digitally.
    I can give examples if you're interested in seeing what the differences look like.
    You can get a really convincing traditional look and feel out of digital work if done right.
    The tools make a big difference. A tablet is a must. But good software is too.
    Doesn't have to be photoshop though.
