(WIP) my first map

There's no lakes, no ice caps, the mountains are fuzzy and the climates are eyeballed, but I'm proud of it. Any and all CC is welcomed, especially concerning better climate and biome placement.

That is a really good map. And since it is your first, I think it deserves some rep.

The only issue I can see (and unfortunately I can't offer any suggestions for doing it differently) is that the mountains look a bit too neat. There are not enough spurs, valleys, ridges etc coming from the main ranges. Consequently, the snow-tops are too solidly white. If there were valleys etc. running right into the mountains, the white would be more fragmented, and I think it would look more realistic (ie. better). But that is a pretty minor quibble for a really good first map.

The rivers, I think, are really well done.
