It's looking fantastic. I love the gentle colour palette.

Really fine line details you got there, very cool. Looking forward to seeing the whole thing coloured.

Thanks for all the nice comments.
And finally I have finisshed all the inking of the map.So step one is now done. Next step will be to finish all the colouring, that might take a while.
also I tried to see how many layers I can use while drawing an A2 map, the limit is 11 layers. Which is quite ok I must say. Gives me a bit more freedom while colouring the map.
    Hope you like the progress

Added some colours. This will take a while to complete
I'm trying to get a quite light colour palette in the map, so it feels a bit like a water colour map. We'll see how it ends

Colour looks awesome. This is really turning out great. I love all the little details, like those felled trees.

The coloring is impressive, the shades of the forests and roofs are very subtle.

I was looking for inspiration to make my maps of towns and villages of my fantasy world and so I stumbled across this thread. I really like what you've been creating! I know some time has passed since the last replay, but have you finished the map? I would love to see it.
