Nice work on this map. All the elements are well done. My only critics, if you don't mind, is that with this type of city icons, it would be nicer to integrate them with the background (shadows for instance). Like this they are in superposition with the Geographic feature. Rep coming.

You've done a great job here GWN! I personally quite like the size of the icons, they work nicely with the style you've got going and make the world truly feel as though it is being lived in.

I don't particularly like the border crossover, as others have said, but still it's quite a quirky feature, so obviously won't be to everyone's tastes. Overall, though a lovely piece of work!

It's a great map. It does give me a little bit of a board game feel, that might be cause of the icons you used for the towns and so on... for me they have a bit of a token feel.

I actually prefer the view of having the frame underneath the map so to me that was a nice bonus.

Thanks for the feedback and critique everyone! I have a lot of ideas for my future maps now.

I think the size of the icons is fine, actually. But I wish they were not copy and paste jobs.
True, but that would be a lot of unique icons to draw!

Thanks. I know it's not for everyone's aesthetic sense, but I really like it and I think it makes my work stand out a little bit more.

That's actually a really great suggestion. I wish I had thought of that, I think it would have looked really nice.
