One other metric is population density. Your district is roughly 2/3 of mine and houses maybe 10x more people. I guess your temple caters to a wider population than my strictest monastery
You have a lot of courtyards just like in a suburb.
I don't expect a lot of people to have access to the monastery, it's usually not public?

Ruins are always a good bet, they always look good. They don't have a bad profile.
