First digital map - Frostgrave (Miniatures Wargame)

Hi mates!

Here I let you a draft of my first digital map, any help is thankful!. The software that I use is Photoshop CS5, I simply mark with geometric forms the location of principal areas of the map. I don't have much experience in digital drawing, so I want to draw with pencil the elements (trees, mountains, buildings), digitalize and go adding them little by little.

The miniature game that is this map for is Frostgrave, a very simple wargame of skirmishes. I start a campaing with some friends, I play as the dungeon master and want to create a map to illustrate it. The premise is very simple, the players start in the pioneers zone and the have to choose the way to arrive to Festald (a frozen city full of treasures). I will go putting up different scenario points around the map.

Today, I continued working on the map adding some woods, mountains and villages. I used the icons from two DevianArt users, Star Raven and Neyjour.
