Wip Feb 2017 Challenge: The Elysian Patient

In my entry for this month's challenge you can get a glimpse behind the scenes of the feared Special Operations Unit of the PBIGC, also called the "Geobusters". Their latest target is a notorious violator of geomorphological laws and a threat to common sense. His irresponsible drawings could be taken at face value by innocent hikers in the area and bring them into great danger... Another heroic task for the Geobusters to preserve the universe from harm!

For the planet Elysia, i used fvirexi's wonderful "Glimpse of a Multiverse" program to create the texture and followed the Ultimate Gimp Planet Tutorial.

Hahaha this is awesome. Who could this terrible Mar Bulafit person be?? We must hunt him down for crimes against geology!

The planet looks fantastic, by the way. Really like how you've done it.

Thank you Francissimo! Yes, i bookmarked it some time ago, when fvirexi posted it here and forgot about it. Recently, while strolling through my labyrinthine "cool stuff for cartography" bookmark folder, i stumbled over it once again and played around with it a bit.

He's somewhat of a interplanetary hobo and a Lebenskünstler par excellence! He goes by many names. In the taverns of Chiezbehrg in Guildcity he's known as "the ancient chronicler" or "the bard of the desert" He loves a nice warm stew and a good book and just thought he might have found a peaceful place to stay for a while, before this familiar tingling feeling in his feet comes up once again...
