    Default Old Sam's Cottage

Here's a quick test house I drew with a sharpie pen. I've done very little work like this, so I'm at least partially satisfied. After I finished drawing the side view I did a very, very quick layout of the house, nothing fancy or polished. Anyways, I thought I would share it.

Good sketch, you should completely clean it and do the hole house, I'm sure there's a cellar or a bomb shelter below those planks

    Nice sketch, Josiah

Interesting that you show the doors in the plan view.

Maybe some stairs or steps to show the way upstairs would be good - outside stairs, or a ladder, even?

    Thanks!
Haha, you're right, there's no way to get to the second story. That shows how little thought I put into this.

Thanks Thomas! Oh yes, there's probably a bomb shelter somewhere.

    Thank you Mouse!
Why do you find it interesting that I show doors?
Well, I would, but it is just a sketch so I won't bother.

Its something that wouldn't have occurred to me to add, that's all. I guess I just have a habit of leaving a door width gap in the wall LOL!

Nice work, Josiah. Love the sketchy look.

Maybe the 'queer old man' is actually Santa Claus and he gets to the second floor via the chimney.
