That is perfect! Whereas previously the reflections stood out and my brain didn't register them as, well, reflections, this way they are seamlessly a part of the landscape.

Thank you ! As you could see, I had to rework these reflections. This is something that I have not yet designed with such precision, so I helped myself with several tutorials ... And it was still necessary to find the right tutorial, which gives a satisfactory result. It's always interesting to learn new techniques, but it also shows me the extent of my ignorance on photoshop

That is just totally wonderful now, Jo. The city looks much more like part of the landscape now that it has a proper reflection

Thank you Mouse! You helped me a lot by not letting me be satisfied with the first version of the reflections in the water (which I now find horrible when I look at it)! I am glad to have resumed this work on reflections!

Nope... still working... But I try to use every week-end to move on with my maps...
My vacations are scheduled in september ! I hope I'll find a challenge theme that'll inspire me !

Actually I started to draw by hand, and after a while I scanned it and went on on my IPad with procreate. Then I used PS for colors and shadows.

Holy crap that's nice.. almost fear to see your real art if this is a doodle ... and you ended up with a very nice reflection as well.. discreet but noticeable
