there is supposed to be a win10 update that will allow you to disable the Intel CPU microcode security patch that is causing problems

or

take this opportunity to go tell Microsoft to go and "bleep" it and move to Linux

but the Intel issue is also here but the fix ( well a temp workaround ) actually WORKS

I so wish I was still Win 8.1. The only reason I updated was because I was afraid of being left behind with an out of date and no longer supported version of Windows - like XP.
