I appreciate all of the kind words. I suppose I have about another week before the contest ends. Is there anything I should add? I feel pretty good about it so far, but I also feel like it's missing something. Suggestions would be helpful!

Depending on the size of the island, if it is large enough, there probably would be rivers running down to the ocean.

I experimented with some rivers, but no matter how I drew them, they always seemed out of place. Perhaps this island is small enough to not have anything larger than creeks and tributaries?

Yeah, if I look at it one way I see a large island with a huge crater, but if I look at it another I see a small island and there would not be any rivers. Go with your gut feeling!
