I love this map. It looked absolutely fabulous in sepia tones, but your colouring does it such justice. Really fantastic work!

I tried all sorts of blue, grey and whatever for the sky - it all looked pretty mediocre. In the end i thought the grey-ish paper colour does good enough as a sky.but I have to ask, why not the sky?

This map, especially with the colour, is breathtaking. I really like the way you've managed to get so much detail AND capture the feeling of historical town maps AND not lose clarity!
