Welcome to the Challenge Straf!
Well it's probably not quite in the movies or anything but I thought I'd do a map of a sanctuary for ill treated and abandoned owls that little spoilt brats demanded as pets without any knowledge whatsoever about how to keep such birds. Unfortunately there is no law in the UK that prevents this. Fed on ****e like processed ham and dog and cat food these birds suffer agonising and slow deaths. Thankfully there are sanctuaries that can rescue some birds.

Hehe, nothing like leaving it till the last minute!

I'm going to be pushing it as well. I haven't managed a thing today and I have dinner to sort out too. Then I'll have a couple of hours before going to bed at 10ish.

I do believe I'm finished I know it hasn't been faithful to the theme at all but I do know that owls taken as pets by people who'd seen Harry Potter films faced pretty grim lives. Some of the luckier ones were rescued in time and either homed with people who knew what they were doing or ended up in one of the many birds of prey centres around the country. I just felt that I had to make some sort of entry as it's a very quiet month for the challenges so really I'm just making up the numbers
Oh all of the photographs in the vignettes were taken by me at a bird of prey centre I visited; I may have taken inspiration from their layout for the map

A very good last-minute entry.
Nice pictures, too.
One comment: The map and pictures are sharp and crisp, but the text appears rather blurred.
