It's gorgeous! I like the colour palette. It reflects the subdued colours in the original photo.

I think I'm going to call this done.

Oh yeah. Lore stuff I guess. Saeyanna is a tiny fishing community in the Kingdom of Eastern Tabann (also called Kastaban). It is one of a handful of villages governed by Lord Reyas, who governs from as a fortified manor several miles away. The villages survives on fishing and livestock and doesn't see much passing trade. Reyas recently ordered the construction of a small war galley but it's a case of "we'll see how that goes".

Very nice map, as always. I like your style. You always produce a very clean and polished map. I also like how you did the border. I am eagerly awaiting your next work.

Thanks Jake! I'm actually really not great at borders which is why mine are very simplistic. I've done parchmenty borders in the past and I'm always a bit meh about them. I thought I'd try one again since I'm going with a different colour palette.

Speaking of the colour palette - I'm happy you think it reflects the photo, Chickpea. That was what I was going for. Plus I like GREY and OVERCAST.

Agree with the others, the colour palette really adds something to the dramatic mood of the piece - a dreary fishing village covered with dark fog in the mornings, and usually a light drizzle overhead.

I always love your village maps, Larb! The waves here are a very nice touch and your stone wall technique is really effective.
