I'm a complete novice when it comes to Mapmaking, yet I'm aspiring to make it as a professional.

World maps, city maps, and maps of even smaller things like buildings, I would like to learn to do every kind at a point that I can live by doing them. Read and heard many times that this is the best place to do that, so here I am.

Having said that, I don't know exactly how a map that is at a professional level looks like. Can anyone be kind enough to point me to where I could find such maps? It would be nice to have a clear picture of the goal I'm trying to achieve.

It will be a while before I can make meaningful contributions to the site, but I'm happy to be here. I'll try my best to make you feel the same too
