nice map, cool to see some underwater maps this month
The ocean texture is maybe just a bit too strong to my taste, makes me want to see what's on the ocean floor a bit better.

@Francissimo - thanks! Yes, that ocean fill is a bit much, isn't it But it does give the flair I was looking for, that idea you mentioned of wanting to see more? That's kind of what I was going for... that you get to see just a bit of what is down at the bottom, which is supposed to entice you to go down and explore .

@ChickPea - hey there! haven't heard from you in a while! It's good to see you on the forums! I mean, I know you've been on the forums... I just haven't seen many posts from you in a while .

Thank you for your comments... I guess it has been a while since my original Larysia maps, hasn't it

Looks like things are starting to come together on this. Not quite getting that underwater feel just yet though, but expect that will change as you add more features.

    Hey Greason!

I'm not quite sure what else I can do to this one to convey the underwater... I've got one idea.... but I'm trying to figure out how to create it. If I figure it out, I'll have to remove the dolphins, though.

Having taken another look at this....

If the dolphins are at the surface playing, you might be able to use them as the basis for some ripples. Think that might be what is throwing off my perception of underwateryness. For me at least, the dolphins are a little to crisp/clean looking. Don't know if that helps or hinders, but maybe something to experiment with in the last few days of the challenge. Could maybe even try something similar to a glass dome layer made as waves ( I'm sure I am not describing that well) to give an impression of reflected sun light.

Wish I could offer more in the way of suggestions/help. Still like this though.

I don't know about ripples... but I do know something that might help... if I can pull it off.

Nice. This reminds me of the early 90's video game "Ecco the Dolphin". I used to love that game.
