    beautifull work, the little ray of light that illuminate the city is really cool.

    This is gorgeous. I love those little bubble buildings. They're beautifully done.

    May I suggest some more randomness for the flock of rays ? Maybe some overlapping to show not all swim at the exact same depth.

    Really like how this is turning out so far. All of the little details (rays, sea horse, and so on) really sell the underwater theme.

    Very nice! I like those bubbly buildings, it makes sense.
    The light is especially well rendered.

    And that little white "sea bottom" fresco is excellent.
