Commission for Fantasy Map of a kingdom DnD 5e

Rate $150. Request for a paid commission for Fantasy Map of a kingdom for a homebrew campaign setting I am running. I have 1 detailed sketch of one section I am currently using. The details from this sketch must remain the same as the game is currently using it. I have a rough sketch of the rest of the map. The map style should be Tolkienesque and printable. Size approximately 12" by 14". Time frame would ideally be around 1 month.
I would like copyright and reproduction rights of the map
I will have the right to use the image for commercial purposes, the artist will have the right to exhibit the image as part of his portfolio but not to exploit it for commercial gains
