    Default World of Yerindor

Hi guys, been a while since an update on my world map of Yerindor. I've been adding elevation details, and still have further to go. I have the tectonic map as well. And a detailed map of the main area of the world.
Let me know what you think.

I love the shapes of your continents ! I would like todo somthing close for my WIP Fantasy world. How did you make them (just the shape)? Hand-drawing ? Software ?

Very interesting, it's a great way to do top-down worldbuilding.

A pernickety thought since you're big on tectonics - have you worked out which directions the plates are moving, and whether the boundaries are convergent/divergent and how that affects the geography? Does look like you have.

Thank you Nabulio! I started out with a hand drawn world map, only the outlines.
Scanned it into photoshop to refine the shapes, and add detail to the coastlines.
I actually went back and forth from Wilbur, and FT3, plugging them back into photoshop.

It's actually taken me 3 years so far to do the topgraphic detail by hand.

Yes it is, I wanted a certain detail that I felt could not be generated.

Definitely big on tectonics, though the world started with a minor thought put into tectonics. I did consider them all in the beginning, I just did not put much thought into it. I had to figure out where, and what plates, and how they were colliding. Yes, I have a general idea of the plate directions here.
