Karrigar Isles B&W hand-drawn map

This was a personal project I finished this about a week ago because I was considering some colour but have decided it's probably going to stay as a black and white piece as I think it works without colour and I have a new project to work on soon.


I made the Karrigar Isles to fit into most fantasy worlds with magic, though I haven't a single particular world for it.


-The Karrigar Isles are an area with two large islands which are rumoured to be the bodies of two dead titans. Nicknamed the Serf and Noble for their shape; Intarth being the smaller of the two, bent and broken, and Karrigar being large, bountiful, crowned by mountains and appearing to hoard the other smaller islands.
-Karrigar's bounty is a merfolk hive.
-The Stormwater is a treacherous sea.
-Serpent Strait is said to be home to a huge sea serpent.
-Redeemer's sea is a region full of monsters that criminals can be sent to bring back treasures for the Kingdom of Karrigar in exchange for shortened sentences.
-Hullsever Haven is home to pirates and some local settlements, being extremely difficult to navigate.
-The Red Wastes were ravaged by a long past magical storm. These storms have not been known to happen since the earliest recorded history.
-The Broken Plains lead to a large underground cavern with Dwarves, Goblins, and other factions living beneath ground.


Materials are Paper, Pencil, and Faber Castell PITT pens of various thicknesses.
