This is from my Pathfinder game where I am the permanent DM. Initially started out as a sort of Sandbox game but morphed into a campaign of shifting powers between various NPCs and the party. Not what I planned for at first but very pleased with how my players interact and navigate through the land encountering the various and colorful local populations. I've added more and more areas since we started the game and really have no clue where/when it will end! Which as a DM is exciting

That one is actually the entrance to the underdark, under the earth is the trading post of Jotun's Corpse built around a giant's skeleton in its grave.
