Delightful one! I remember the first map you posted of this setting back when you were still relative newcomer here. You've come such a long way since then! Nice to see the project is still going strong.

There's a lot to like here. I really enjoy the mountain style you used, and the pattern on the forest is an excellent touch. And of course the cities are beautifully detailed! I like the overall color scheme, and the corner illustration of the city is a nice addition. I maybe would have gone with a bit more hand-drawn looking font for the labels, but that's just me and my endless typography nitpicking. All in all, nice work!

I have a similar city concept that has made its way into two of my worldbuilding projects -- I just love the idea of a single city being the main crossing point between two larger landmasses.

Thanks so much, Kell, for your kind words ! That's much encouraging ! I'm still trying to find my way between all the styles I lover, here, at the guild !
I look up to people, like you, which have their own style... when we see your maps, we can tell : "That's a map from Kellerica" ! I think you often make bold choice with your colors, and lineart, but it's always consistent and looks good !
I think that's the way to recognize a true artist, like you ! So your comment weight a lot for me !

And if you like citiex that are crossing points between two larger landmasses, you'll really like the capital city : a HUGE bridge makes the connection between two continents ... I'll never find time to finish it, because the whole city is so huge, but I'm sure I'll find a way to map, at least, that bridge !

And I'm looking forward to see yours, in your world ! That must be some maps !!!

Why, thank you right back - one doesn't usually expect praise for their own work when commenting on someone else's...
But I definitely think that you have a rather strong voice as an artist too. While it's true that you seem to have been searching for a style with several maps, there are still several little things about your work that give them a very distinguishable JO flavor. It's maybe a bit easier to see it in someone else's work? Your color choices, in particular, always seem to have a common theme to them, that in my mind is very 'you'. And besided, I personally think that it's great when an artist is cabable of creating things that look very different from one another. It keeps things interesting, yes?

Oh yeah, definitely! I'd absolutely kill to see that mapped out!

Ugh, yeah, I'll... try... to get to it one of these days. Yup.
It's not something I've been dreading for years and terrified of even thinking about, I swear.
