    Holy mother of crap, that is an impressive one! That detail level is out of this world. I'd never be able to complete something like this even digitally, let alone by hand. Lovely coastlines, wonderful color and top-notch labeling - I have a hard time seeing anything in here I wouldn't like.

    The result is just amazing! The meticulousness, the patience to make this map look like a real map from an atlas is quite admirable! A long term project that really pays off! Congratulations!

    Late to the party, as I'm a new member, but I just saw this in the annual awards and it blew me away. Truly inspiring (especially for an aspiring hand-cartographer like me). Amazing work.

    Incredible work! A political map and hypsometric tinting (shaded relief map); unbelievable hand drawn work on everything from shading to fonts!
