    I've completed the tutorial and it works fantastic! Thank you Santos!

    Also, the "equiangular" projection you state in the beginning should be "equirectangular projection" as the map you are showing is not a cube map. That threw me off a bit until I looked. I've had the same issue with that confounded equirectangular word, but after failing in front of everyone enough with my misspellings it's turned out to be second nature.

    Hi Santos,

    I'm on step 1 and this is my first time interacting with inkscape. How do you Remove the raster file, remove fill from your vector shape, and set the stroke color and fill size?
