Fun, now there's a hard place to live, haha, looks dangerous.

... I went down, down, down
    And the flames went higher
And it burns, burns, burns ...

Best map in the thread so far. It made me laugh out loud, it makes absolutely no sense, it's so surreal.

I've seen some threads where someone posts a very complex map, then posts another version with the tectonic plates, then one with winds and so on, and ask "do these weather patterns look plausible?", "are my deserts in the right spots?" etc.

I like this approach better. A bunch of volcanoes come together in a very unlikely pattern and say "What about it?". And then that lake in the middle says "Yeah, it's warm around here. No, I don't feel like evaporating."

Thanks Tiana! Yeah, I would not want to live there.

Thanks Doctor! I would not want to live there, but I am not an evil villain, If I were, that would be a classic Lair.

Thanks! Fantasy vs Realism, both have their place, I obviously went in one direction and not the other. Glad you like it!

This popped into my head when I saw the map:
And one volcano to rule them all.
(ala one ring to rule them all)
