This is not even taking mapmaking to the next level, more like next dimension... sublime travail !

I love so much this unique style you recently developped. It's something I can't remember to have already seen in fantasy mapmaking.
    Just fantastic work, really.

That's increadible work Bee. You outdone yourself with this one. Probably an atlas award piece
Agree. And considering the subject, it could also be very much in its place on the guild home page ...

WOW! I haven't been able to check out the other entries for a while so am just seeing this now, and I'm blown away (as per usual with your maps!). Words cannot express how much I love that you included an authentication stamp.

So good This is just such a wonderful piece of work, Beee.
The illumination is such a pleasure to see.
And you are perfecting the old parchment/vellum look, which goes so well with that lettering.
This is just such a magnum opus.

I think everyone will probably agree, i think we can call this a win.
And I'm gonna go ahead and say it - it probably should be a CC as well, which perhaps Ilanthar was alluding to.
You really represented the spirit of the Guild, Beee. Bravo.

Edit - i agree. The stamp adds a lot, but not as much as Horror Vacui.
I laughed when I saw that. I know that feeling.

    An Outstanding Map!

    About that Wall Of Text:
    It is Great.
It explains everything and ties it together.
I completes the story that the map shows.

    I absolutely love this map.

edit : "horror vacui" , c'est pour "horreur du vide" ?
    edit 2 : I love Nr 54 !!!
Thanks so much Jo ! Happy Holiday to you and yours as well !!
I think we all struggled with #54 at least once in our map making life ^^
Horror vacui is indeed for the fear of emptiness, which is a well known tendency in visual arts, and maybe especially for historical cartography. I see it as a sort of illness and we're a lot on the Guild affected with it, aren't we ? Anyway, I was looking for a good motto for the Guild and this one sounded... appropriate ^^'

Wow, thanks for the very kind words, J. ! As the map is both because of you and thanks to you, it means a lot ^_^

This is absolutely wonderful, Beee! I am in awe of your skills (again!)

There are so many good things on this map (I'd be here all day gushing over them), but I have to say I absolutely love the old manuscript vibe and, especially, the lettering at the top. It's just beautiful.
