    Wip January 2020 Challenge: Hyérune

Probably another map I won't finish in time but still intend to do at some point.
I just could'nt resist the theme...

My old map, still in my guild album (yeah, I chose the first of the series because it has a lot of seas ;-)).

As for every countries in Agartha, each country has its animal emblem (hence the rat).

My Nanowrimo novel was also set in an Agartha.

I thought it was hand drawn until I zoomed in and could see the digital tells, you did a very good imitation of traditional art with this one.

Thanks, I'm glad if it looks hand-drawn on paper . Actually, I don't know if I'm gonna color it...

I tried something about the coasts (islands around the rat). Not sure if it works, though.

Wow, your artistic skill has come a long way Ilanthar. Your illustration skills alone are much improved. I think my favorite elements of the new piece are those ships though. Awesome design on those.

    Cheers,

I'm not sure either... I love the texture, but the fact that all the stroke are not parallels made me think it was some kind of moutains (bottom of...) I'm sure it would look more like waves if the strokes are all parallels
