So many changes I lost track but hey, progress! Mostly labels and tiny islands. Irregular altitude patches will come later. I removed the outline only in prevision of a paper style filter that'll come later – it doesn't fit in.

I'm getting a bit stressed out because it's almost over now. This version shows the desert filters applied (I think they look really good up close!, see below). Then I'll see if it's possible to add forests despite how cluttered the map already is, I'll filter it all to make it look like paper and I think I'll be done.
