Your text has an "it's" for "its" error. Also, "escaped" should be "escape". A "posse" is generally used for those on the side of the law. Indeed, I'm not sure broader usage existed at all in the time of the old west, when Sheriff's still gathered actual posses with enough frequency to need the word. Unless the Sheriff was robbing the train, it would be a "gang". I would also hyphenate "little-used". What you have isn't strictly wrong, but hyphenation avoids any hint of ambiguity that "little" might refer to the size of the pass.

Otherwise, fix those missing shadows and I think you're done. It's looking good.
