Eastern Callost

I'm developing the fictional world of Callost which has thus far been only crudely mapped:





Currently working on a new, detailed map of an eastern region. My method is to start by hand, then add effects, texts and other elements (sometimes drawings cut out from my other maps) digitally.

I'm a few days in. Almost done all the hand drawn elements (still need to add water lines and waves). Been years since I worked on a map so it's a little rough but I'm happy with how it's starting to look.

Here's the map after some development and digital effects. Still needs basics like compass, scale, etc., as well as more places and labels, but it's coming along.
