The Cerulean Fates

Hi everyone! Finished my most recent map today. The Cerulean Fates depicts two kingdoms divided by mountain ranges and encroaching forests. I wanted to try some different icon styles for the mountains, trees, and major town/city points. I also tried my hand at using much bolder blacks to try to create a more vivid color/shading contrast in my drawing since I only use black ink on white paper. Feedback welcome!

Looks really nice! One possible change (although I think it could be argued either way) would be to add a bit more texture to the forests. At just a glance they are a bit difficult to differentiate from the fields. However, it is really easy to overdue this (as I always do).
The really thick coastline is really sharp though. Looks great!

Thanks! Yeah, I was just trying some different icon styles with this map, as I have normally done more individual treetops. This was at least much faster haha but I do like how much more dense and black/white contrast there is with a more detailed treeline.
