Commissioning a professional re-draw of a pre-made map for a DND game.

So I made a map a while back in Inkarnate for a dnd campaign that I'm running, and since I'm not very good with the software, plus I plan on using this setting for future campaigns, I'd like to have the map re-drawn professionally.
This is the map that I'd like to be redrawn. All the major elements are already included, but there are also a myriad of things I'd like to be added to it as well. The specific details of which I'll outline to whoever I hire for this commission. Stylistically, I don't have my heart set on anything just yet, but I'm trending towards a style with more realistic details and artwork. Payment will also be negotiated individually with the artist. Also, here are a rough list of questions that might help any mapmaker you decide to hire.

1- What is the size of the map ?
2- Do you want color or black and white ?
3- Do you need the commercial rights to the map ? If so, what type ?
4- Do you need ornaments on the map ? I mean especially embellished compass or border or special icons.
5- Can you point me to a map you like for style reference ?
6- What would be the deadline of the project ?
