My submission for the Lite Challenge (I love this kind of contest with the shape!).

The Manakalao Valley is basically a large, relatively warm region amid the mountains. The fertile lands surround the Vanalon Sea and where the nations of the valley used to fight each other in the past, in recent history new threats have emerged. Creatures and monsters started creeping up the lands from all sides and on top of that, the volcano on the dragon island has recently become active again. Is it a harbinger of even worse things to come...?

Wonderful map. I really like the tropical feel of it. Did you use custom brush icons for the trees and mountains? I think they look great.

That came out nice. Clean, easy to read. Always good things in my book.

I like your map and the background of it! It has caught me already and I have numerous questions in mind, which cause the wish to explore this region (e.g. what is with this turquoise mountain within the orc territory?).
