Wip July/Aug '20 Lite Challenge: Isantyr Sea

Well, here we go again. Another entry that I doubt I will be able to finish, but I just couldn't resist and, as I mentioned in another thread, having a chance to practice/develop skill sets is always a good thing. Haven't really got a back story for this map, and the forestry area is just a test for the moment to see how it looks and whether or not I need to change it up. Thoughts and suggestions always welcome.

Damn...your mentioning of a forestry area initially gave me the idea that the shape looks like forest! Why did I start an Island?

Your start is looking good and I'm very curious to see this develop!

Few more mountains and a moderate amount of river/lake work. Still a bit undecided about the forest work for the moment. Gonna have to play around with opacity levels and blend modes a bit more for those.

More mountains, rivers, and lakes. Also a bit of framing and color play just to see how it looks. Yes, there is definitely a bit of a J. Edwards ThalakMul influence going on here.

So um, yeah. Not gonna get this finished. My mom passed away last night, so....

EDIT: Sorry. Didn't mean to dump that on others. Still processing things. Mr. B, if you could go ahead and lock this thread when you have a chance, I'd appreciate it.
