I'm looking for an Arist to draw a couple of maps for my DND Campaign

I'm looking for an artist/cartographer to draw me a few maps to use in my current DND game. The first would be one of a world map for my campaign. I'm rather new to this so please be gentle. There's a lot I don't know about this. This one would be the most labor intensive of the maps. As it's rather dense, earthsized planet, with about seven to eight continents. With lots of different countries and biomes. Since I lack the art skills, the first step for this map would be to make a cleaner version of my rough world map. As a lot of thing on there are not to scale. One where I could then lay down all the terrain (Mountains, lakes, rivers, etc) and biomes(Deserts, Plains, Cold Areas, Forests, Tropic Forests, Jungles, etc) and territories (Countries, Cities, Towns, and borders, Names). I'll of course pay you for your time for every step of the way. I do have higher resolution initial sketches for anyone who takes up this job. For the World Map, I'd like it to be in full-color (to distinguish the biomes and such)

The second map would be for the city of Zaldean. A military town at the edge of the territory an empire. Situated on some grand plains. It has a famous college for mages. It has a fortress near the center

As for the Zaldean map, the dotted lines represent distracts that I haven’t named. Here’s a list of important marks that could be included.

Important Buildings and Land Marks of Zaldean.
-Outer Wall and Great Outer Gates
-Silver Falcon Inn (Where My players stayed at when they first arrived at Zaldean)
-Library of Illeana (Famous mage who advanced the arts of magic a long time ago)
-Illeana College (Famed College for Magical users, started by said famous mage)
-A couple of lesser colleges for magic and trades
-Portal Gates(One of Four gates the Empire and citizens use for quick transpiration
-The Fortress of Nas’erdran
-Some Famous Land marks(Buildings, statues, fountains, etc)
-Seat of Government for the Ixelian Empire
-Graveyards and Parks
-Some Places of Worship.
-Courts(?)

The third would be a regional map of the starting area. This one would probably be the most easiest (I think) of the three. It would be black and white and look something like this: https://fantasy-map.net/portfolio?cat-2&os_image_id-20

There's no time constraint for all of these maps. Uh, big and detailed for the world map. A3 for the world map. Probably a lot more standard sizes (whatever those are) for the city and regional map.
