    Default The Supercontinent of Ta'Oneira

An old map, done some 15 years ago by hand using ink.
Colored and added symbols in photoshop.
The other map is a country located on the coast of the southern sea, or gulf.
Before I knew to implement plate tectonics, or any scientifically acuracy.

I like 'em. Very nice. I like the effect of that crumbling water line. It took me awhile to figure out where the country was located. I like the icon ideas or shapes, but not the implementation here, it clashes a bit too much with the map and is kind of unclear. If I am right and those are villages and cities they also look a bit too evenly spread, which just doesn't tend to happen anywhere that I know of.

I think these are really cool.

Thank you, it definitely was a good while ago when I did these. I think I used a blur tool, up to the coasts. And the evenly placed cities, I guess I was placing rival cities, forts, or sister cities. Like Nuevo Laredo, and El Paso; Detroit, Windsor; San Diego, and Tijuana. But I do see how many I placed. I was definitely a younger cartographer then.
