Good morning! A few friends and I have recently started a business designing and manufacturing TTRPG tabletop tiles, and thought that one of the best ways to promote it would be to host a D&D campaign to showcase their use.

The campaign is still a few months out, but I have been making this fantasy setting for a while now. I would like to get 3 physical maps made for use in the campaign, as well as scans/photos to throw up on our website for viewer information.

Map #1 - Nethea
This would be a world map of the planet. Similar to this (http://www.online-tabletop.com/wp-co.../tutoriala.jpg) style, but in black/white. I’d say about a medium size, it would more or less just be framed and put on the wall for reference. Around 1.5’ x 3’ (I have no idea what standard map sizes are)

Map #2 – Windfall
This would be a continental map of Windfall. The continent the story is based in. Similar to this (https://d9jhi50qo719s.cloudfront.net...es/1n6_800.jpg) style. Around the same size as the world map, as it will also be put on the wall for reference.

Map #3 – Bashein
This is one of the territories/countries of Windfall. This is the starting point for our group, and the main map. Similar to this (https://i.pinimg.com/originals/5d/7f...241e9fb9ff.png) in style, but with a more fantasy-like font than Times New Roman. I would leave the final size choice up to you, preferably larger than 1.5’ x 1.5’. This will be given to one of the players as we start the campaign.

I have rough sketches of each map so far, and would like to have the artist add whatever they feel is necessary to fill in the map, or to make it look better. Landmark names, filler towns, sea names, forests, rivers. Go completely nuts with it.

The maps would need to be completed by September 1st. Payment would be sent out as soon as tracking information is received, with a tip upon arrival/inspection. Paid via PayPal. I’m not familiar with costs of something like this, so I am allocating the following funds for this:

Map 1 - $150 (plus shipping)
Map 2 - $150 (plus shipping)
Map 3 - $250 (plus shipping)

As for copyright, we would like to have reproduction rights to the map, but still allow you to exhibit them as parts of your portfolio, so long as it isn’t used/reproduced for commercial use.

If you are interested, let me know via email.
