January 2022 Challenge - Poseidon's Revenge

The more centuries passed, the more bitter Poseidon became. While most other gods enjoyed all the earthly pleasures on Mount Olympus and the lands of the Greek, Poseidon dwelt in his palace at the bottom of the ocean. When his bitterness reached a climax, he sacrificed his own divine existence in an ultimate act of revenge. By assuming a giant, earthly body for himself, he rose up from the ocean and his body turned into earth and stone and sand and rock.

He created a new continent with his own molded body and this act caused an extremely large and devastating tsunami that flooded large parts of the world, including Greece. With a sea level rise of 100 meters, there was not enough land left for the Greeks to survive. Fortunately for these seafaring people, a new continent had been created on which they could continue their existence: a brave new world, born from Poseidon's Revenge...
