That generally means you cant submit one you have partially done already or a one completed a while back and submit it for this month. Its nice to see the progression of it from the start and since there is a time limit to the challenges it makes it fairer to have the same time span. In any case its a challenge to do the map not just a vote for the best one. We have the annual awards for that sort of thing.
