Sept/oct '23 Lite challenge: "The serpent valley"

Hi all, I started this map a couple of weeks ago, but I had some trouble at work and I started to believe I want be able to finish it on time.
But I made it so, here a little background:
"The group of heroes, guided by the wise Nadir of Pelor, started a mission, decided to find and eradicate an ancient temple of Vecna. The god of secrets protected the site with ancient powers, so not only is impossible to find it with magic, he also cast a spell of prohibition, so everyone who will know the location of the unholy place, could not reveal it.
But with the passing of time, voices start to run about the existence of the temple inside the golden desert.
The adventurers start from that to finally, after a long time, find a map with a riddle on it.
Only a little one step and the battle could begin...."

Great job on the topography! The serpents on the boarders and the font are fitting embellishments.

Hmm. "Is the god with one eye" one of the peaks?

As I imagined, the hint it's not clear. The idea is to find the serpent valley among all the little canions and valley of the map.
