Thank you everyone for your opinions on 'plank problem' LOL. I have decided to leave them as they are.

So i had couple of ships in plans also, but i am at the point where i feel overwhelmed a bit and i am thinking of leaving the port without ships. I dont know yet. Maybe i will take couple day off. Other than that, roads with some grass turf remain.

The map is already totally gorgeous. Ships would be lovely, since I know that you would lavish the same spectacular attention to detail on them as the rest of the map, but I can understand the temptation to leave them out

This is just so beautiful, Voolf!

    That's neat !!! Gorgeous map !!!
For the boats, I think you can use the same little boats that are on you previous map : I don't think that a large boat can enter this far in this partially underground river...
So, I think it would make sense to imagine that there's a harbour on the mouth of the river, where all the goods are transborded on small rowing boats (like the ones you already draw) and those rowing boats are going back and forth between the city and the harbour. What do you think ?

I think you are right JO, I did one bigger ship, i think i will leave it. Maybe i will add couple of small ones later. Thanks!

It's been a while since update. I was working on it but haven't got much time lately.
I am doing shadows now. Still a lot missing, as well as some colours.

It looks great Voolf, I like where you're headed with that boat, I'm sure this will be stunning once you have all the shadows in.

    Thanks Kacey.
To be honest i don't feel lately like working on it and make it a bit carelessly.

It is already stunning - even with the shadows only half done.

    I love this map
