Game Developer - Map/s Request

Introduction: Hi Cartographers! Craterhood Games is a newborn game studio, the core is made by a group of childhood friends and to develop our first game we've already hired some freelancers for various artistic tasks.

Required Tasks: For our game in development we need the following, keep in mind that you're not required to apply for both tasks:
1-- #1 Detailed and colored map of the continent where the game is set, located on the upper northern emisphere of a world about 50% bigger than Earth, this map has to be used in game. A hand-drawn concept of this map will be provided on request.
--- This same map in a lower resolution and antiqued coloring ready to be print on fabric.

2-- #1 Eagle-eye view map of a city with mostly wooden buildings (remotely similar to a viking style), this map will have detailed and decorated borders.

Style:
1-- For the first map the ideal style is one similar to this: Map Style
2-- For the city map the proposed style is this: City Map Style

Quality & Size:
We'd like to discuss with you about the specifics required for each map, since this is the first time we work with this kind of asset we'd also like to hear your opinion (mainly for the in-game map).

Time Costraints:
We're not on a strict time table but we'd like to have everything ready by April.

Copyright:
We will have the right to use the image for commercial purposes, the artist will have the right to exhibit the image as part of his portfolio but not to exploit it for commercial gain.
We will also require the author of the first map to use a version of it without specific landmarks before the release of the game to avoid spoilers.
