Very nice and I think the scale is spot on. I don't envy you drawing all those trees by hand...

Hi Andarr, till now I like your map. Forests and rivers are greats.
    Thank you!
I like your coast/river/lake lines. They pop out really well.
Thanks, i really liked it when i tested it, only thing is that from afar the rivers are little bit too dark.
The rivers almost look like barbed wire, very cool!
    Thanks Bogie, it kinda does

Thanks, it was... FUN... to draw them

I have made another steps towards finish line, i have got some more free time than expected so i am going for colored version and i like how it turned out.
What now remains is to do shading the map and to add labels, border and compas rose.

I kinda like how it looks almost done but its yet far from done, so i will post finished map when i will have it. So you will have to wait a bit.

    Hello guild,
So the time is almost up for the challenge and i managed to finish the map this morning. Its first continental map in this kind of style that i finished and i love it. I could not make this kind of map if i would not found this awesome site full of talented mapmakers. I took a lot of inspiration from everything that i saw here and all of those maps ignites my passion for it. So my thanks to all of you.

And also I have to give credit to my girlfriend who was acting as color checker and helped me to find the right color scheme

I hope you will like this, but dont be afraid to be critique.
This is my final update for this challenge.

Have to agree. Color scheme works very well. Gonna be some tough voting this time round. Several really good maps to choose from.

You have definitely come onto an amazing style here. It is really clean and the colors work. (aka really great map!). That forest technique though... that will hurt in the long run

It hurts already, next time will have to modify that
