Hi all, nothing much to say, just another update! I spent well over a dozen hours on this one so I hope you can spot the difference

The shadows from the buildings really gives the city some exciting depth. Even the small trees really pop out at the viewer.

I would like to point out though that in maps the normal convention is to have the sun in the north-west corner of the map so the shadows travel from from top-left to bottom-right. Unless the map is meant to represent a specific time of day most cartographers use the standard convention.

Still a really nice and colorful map.

I know! Thing is, I'm a bit of a stubborn idiot, so I go for the north-east corner instead, not just here but in several of my maps. It's either complete foolishness or "my style". Probably the former

At this point I worked in the souther beaches, the ocean, several sub-water neighbourhoods and a ton of other stuff on land.

Work is going excruciatingly slowly, but I do move forward with this map. Here's another update!

Still need to finish the woods on the right, the mountains on the top and the desert on the right.... but I'm getting there. Patience is key!

And here's the almost-finished product! I proposed some minuscule changes to the labelling but other than that I think we can call this one finished.
