Great job. I love the wealth of textures and terrains.

    Hi Arimel!

This is very nice. Somehow it makes me kind of miss the Beds of Sneezing.

I like the scorpion, the other creatures are nice too, but harder to see, I think it might be compression artifacts that make them a bit unclear.

Thanks again everyone! That type of scan works pretty well with the b/w but not so well with color it seems. I might try again later with more light.

The scorpion and other small monsters are also probably blurry more due to the small size I was drawing them at than anything else though. I will attach a further image to this post in a second to show that.

I will never miss the beds of sneezing. Those nasty things can stay far away where they can be seen but not smelt !

    And another update:

Edit: Here is the scorpion between the ruler and the pen. It is a tiny image but I thinks this shows the scale!

Nice work! That scorpion is tiny. Not sure how you draw something that small and still get it to look right.

It does not always work out but this time it just managed to!

So nearing the end. Here is a full colored version. A bit dark from the camera but maybe taking the shot at mid-day rather than the evening will help with the light? In any case, I just need to choose a color for my border, decide if I want anything in the edge squares, and label everything in GIMP. So not much further!

Edit: I was thinking a nice navy blue or a dark green for the border. Supposedly these colors go with yellow (based on google, I couldn't color organize to save my life!). Any suggestions/critiques to this?

What about a teal and gold combo for the border? That could be cool...

Looking good. When you color the border, consider putting something inside the squares, or at least a different color.

So here we go again! I have a colored version done. I tested a few colors sloppily in gimp before doing the hard copy and have a gold and dark blue mix (while teal was alright, the dark blue looked better to me). I have small icons depicting creatures or things in the general directions from the boxes on the edges. Now I just need to go into Gimp and add in a few labels.
